Mine was getting warm and it turned out Go Launcher was the culprit. Uninstalled it and haven't had the problem since.

Yes mine is the exact same way. If I'm doing ANYTHING else other than using the handset for talking, it doesn't get hot, just warmish, but if I talk on the phone for about 10-15 mins it gets kinda hot. Cools down almost immediately after the call is done.
