applied ishieldz screen protector to my LG G2, after applying there are many areas full of tiny bubbles like pictured below. Will they go away? They will not squeegee out, it looks like trapped moisture.

Most bubbles go away within 24hrs unless there's a defect in the material.
I'd wait a few days before making final judgement

I wouldn't say defect in materials, if its a wet applied screen protector, how you apply it have alot to do with it.

I ideally you want to fully soak it before applying,

Leave it in sunshine for a few hours to warm the protector up. That will help. If the bubbles aren't completely gone after a few days, you can poke each bubble with a TINY needle point to make a tiny air hole (don't touch the screen with the needle) and try to work the air out, one bubble at a time.

As others suggested, give it some time. Those bubbles should smooth out.
