Does this smart watch offer constant heart rate?

My heart rate monitor just broke and I was looking for a smart watch that can give me constant heart rate. I need to see the heart Raye at any given moment while doing cardio. If you have ever used a heart rate monitor you know what I mean.

Bought it and it does offer a constant heart rate. Haven't checked this out while doing heavy cardio, will do this tomorrow and post back.
