Does you Device Care/Maintenence pause at 19%?

I'm just curious if it's just my phone but when I run Device Care (or when I used to run Device Maintenance before Pie) the analysis meter would pause a little at 19% before going to 100% to show you what percentage you are at before optimization. I've always wondered if it was just my phone or do all Note 9s do this? No issues, just curious.

Yeah I think that's normal behavior, but there has been a recent update in the Galaxy store for device care.
