Doesnt power on stays at no command

My lg ms345 stays at the no command screen here is what i did

1.# I tried to update my phone

2.# It said error so i took out the battery

3.#Every time I turn on my phone it doesnt fully turn on it just stays at the no command screen.

How to fix this anyone help

Welcome to Android Central! How did you try to update the phone? Was it an official OTA update pushed by your carrier, or did you try to install it manually?

Unfortunately, it sounds like the attempted update may have bricked the phone. If it was an official carrier update, bring the phone to your carrier store and ask them what they can do for you, since their update appears to be the reason for the failure.

diddy i have same problem it was a carrier update and now i have to pay money for something that isnt my fault but the companys fault
