Ok I tested it , turning Dolby on or off didn't seem make a difference whith headphones in . I'll have to play with this later see if I miss something.

I found a YouTube video that helps with this. Go in and type Dolby Atmos Trailers and Sound Quality Test... it reads for Home Theater 7 2 and 5 1 but it truly worked for this S10e. Toggle between on and off and hopefully you’ll experience excellent sound.

Mine sounds better with Dolby Atmos. It should not make a difference if it's speakers or headphones.

Mine works with headphones. It should not matter what is connected
