Hi, can someone give me the forum link to Dolphin user on PC, I have problems adding proxy to the dolphin on my PC, thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about Dolphin Browser, or Dolphin Emulator (the Wii and Gamecube emulator), or something else?
