Man I really hate AT&T right now.
Not because I don't have the phone in hand (would be great) but I have never dealt with such terrible CS and a lack of just caring. I preordered on the 6th, went to a store in Houston on the 7th to see if they would sell them then. They said no, not today this is just for display but available on the 14th. So I continued to call this past week to 3 stores, all gave different info (understandable) but none had received any shipments but to call back on Thurday. Then this morning at 9 am I call all 3 and again not yet, but would get some in around 11am. So I arrive, and of course the lady went and found in the computer that they had 2 and that ups just left. Then her and the manager went to the back and came out 10min later stating they should have gotten them but that UPS STILL HASN'T BEEN THERE! SERIOUSLY?
Store 2- after calling decided to go in. Get there and a manager standing at front asks if I could help- I tell him why I'm there. He says "we are actually selling the last one to that guy right now!" So I say, how do you receive a shipment in 1 hour and sell out? He says the guy called from another store and they held it for him. I said I called earlier (1hr ago) and you hadn't received any in yet- Dude says "We have been selling them since the 7th!!!!!" I said I was here on the 7th and called literally everyday to see if you would get them in and told no, now you're telling me they've been here?!? I then called Bull**** and he couldn't understand why I was mad or confused during this fiasco. I hate being a customer of such a terrible corporation knowing I can't leave because their service is the best.
