I have a Galaxy Note 10.1, 2014 edition and recently updated to Android 4.4.2. I have installed Dash Clock from play store but in order to get it working the instructions say I have to Enable Widgets under Settings - Security. However when I go to Settings - Security I don't see the option to Enable Widgets.

My understanding is that Samsung doesn't support Lockscreen Widgets. Rather they support application shortcuts, if you disable PIN/Password lock.
