I had my Pixel 2 USB-C headphone adapters with my AKG headphones connected and plugged them in my Note 8 and listened to some music. When I was done, I unplugged them. Made my phone completely black and unresponsive for about 30-60 seconds. Buttons didn't work, nothing. Then just popped back on. Lol, I don't recommend doing that.

Does anything USB plugged into the Note 8 have to be "ejected" in proper form like they do on a PC? Is that even possible on a Note 8? Just asking since I have a Note 8 but the only thing I've plugged into the USB-C connector is my power cord.

Never had that issue and those kind of things shouldn't require any special ejecting. Could be defective usb-c plug, or related.
