Don't want vibrate on silent [solved]

On GB I could get silent without vibrate. Can't find that option on ics.

All I do is push/hold 'volume down' all the way to vibrate, then once more to go complete silent without vibrate.

You can also hold the power button until the "Phone Options" menu pops up. At the bottom you can select silent, vibrate, and ring.

Do you know of any way to keep notification volume the same as ringtone volume? I cannot believe they would remove that feature. And it's beginning to really bother me...
