Double Notification Tones

My gf's Vibrant when receiving email or text notifications will get 2 different tones. I have checked in sounds and displays, email apps and message app to verify. The second tone is not set any where but still she receives it. Besides deleting the tone is there any more ideas?

Using the default message and gmail app as well as the yahoo mail app. nothing installed for a sms app other then the default one
