Double Notifications With Chomp SMS

Hey guys, so last night I updated my OS to Lollipop and ever since I have been getting double notifications for each text I receive through Chomp SMS. I checked all the settings, I even reset all of them but it still seems to be doing this. I reached out to Chomp SMS but I have a feeling it has something to do with the new OS, anyone else have this issue or know of a fix?

Ensure the stock messenger notification is off.

Hi there. I'm having the same issue. I turned off notifications for the stock messaging app as well but still getting two notifications from Chomp.
