Double ringtone on my Samsung S7

I'm going crazy. For a while now my phone rings 2 ringtones with incoming calls. One is a regular phone sound and the other is the ringtone a chose under preferences or settings. If I change the ringtone to silence, I still get the regular phone ringtone when calls come in. How do I fix it??

Clueless how to fix this: But does the regular phone sound that you refer
to is the "Sound called-Tone" when we pick up a phone.? : While you
get other answers read this..Verizon thread (Post-4) May help to

figure out a fix - Actually your Network Tech Support
could resolve this issue or the Hard Reset
