"Double tap and then swipe screen" how to remove?

Thanks bunches. Fixed everything but the sensitivity issue. I'm still double tapping and having difficulty w/swiping-scrolling.

It sounds like you have talkback turned on. Click on the link in post #13, which should help you turn it off.

I hit the button that gives you the settings on the normal home screen, theres a photo editor app that will give you a 2nd lock screen. In order to dump hit, hit the settings key from the lock screen. Then settings then theres a menu that gives you the on/off option. Hopefully this helps. I stumbled on it by accident after the kiddo did something to my phone. Good Luck!

Thanks a lot Peddi,
Thank you Very much. I've just off that stupid accessibility option by your instruction. Just to add, you need to swipe two fingers little bit broadly but not two fingers together or narrowly.

it is really working!!

step1: use 2 fingers to move the screen then we can unlock.
step2: go to setting(use 2 fingers for the screen to move).
step3: go to accessibility --> services --> TALKBACK.
step4: OFF the talkback option

does it work..

Thanks Peddy,

?????

If you're asking the same question, the answer is in this thread. Look at post #13, and click on the link there.

Thanks Peddi for the steps ! These posts were very useful to unlock the phone of my friend.
WANT TO ADD here -
Step 1: Double tap and swipe with 2 fingers at the 2nd tap in order to unlock
Step 2: go to setting(use 2 fingers for the screen to move). - The fingers should be around 0.5cm apart for the screens to move. Then double tap each option like "Settings" This will work everytime the device finishes talking to you
step3: go to accessibility --> services --> TALKBACK. double tap each option here
step4: OFF the talkback option

This is inbuilt and mandatory features in this type of mobile phone model. You can remove Double tap option during calls by upgrading the os version. There have no other option for that.
With regards..

Thanks for the information. The double tapping and swiping was driving me crazy. Followed your steps exactly and everything is fine now.

When I go to Accessibility and try to click on Services, it says "No Services Installed". But I do have a notification that says "Talk Back has been turned on"
