Double tap to wake?

There seem to be a lot of double tap to wake apps in the Play Store, but I've yet to find one that doesn't carry to many other features and/or ads. Any suggestions?

Personally I won't use one that isn't built it. It would be preventing the phone from going into Doze and likely increase battery usage much.

Alternatively, don't these apps have pro modes you can just pay to remove ads?

Personally I still catch myself trying to do this as someone who left Sammy for a year because of the S6 and went to LG.

Does the S7 Edge have one built-in? And I don't mind paying for one that works well.

Use nova launcher prime for this feature. Works like a charm.

Use easy home for Samsung in the playstore for even more features.

NOVA has double tap to sleep, not to wake. Unless I'm missing the setting
