DoubleTwist for Mac question?

I plan to use DoubleTwist to sync my music from iTunes with my new Incredible. I plan to continue using iTunes though to listen to music and for everyday use. With that being said, does DoubleTwist simply mirror iTunes? Will changes I make in iTunes show up in DoubleTwist? If DoubleTwist is too bloated, should I just use something else to sync my iTunes music and my phone? Thanks.

I just tryed double twist and its ok. First of all you need to have itunes plus songs not locked with apple DRM. I will have to pay 35 bucks to get my songs on my droid x. I also found that there is no podcast support for Mac tho they say its coming soon.

Will changes I make in iTunes show up instantly in DoubleTwist? Like if I change the title of a song or delete a song in iTunes, will it change in DoubleTwist? This is what matters to me because iTunes is my primary music tool.
