Downgrading using a RUU - HTC One M7

[AC Question]

I downloaded a RUU to downgrade my HTC One dual sim from android 5.0.2 to 4.4.2, the RUU matches my CID - HTC_J15 but it doesn't match my model num, RUU's model: PN0770000 mine is PN0771000 but when I asked over XDA they said it will work.

And don't mind the S-ON I just got the phone S-OFF but I used getvar before I did the process.
My main/most important question is, can I still flash that RUU after having S-OFF to downgrade? the RUU had x.xx.401.x version but my version is x.xx.402.x is it still gonna work? (I don't mind the difference, I just need the downgrade badly)

Also if the version number causes an error, please link me a RUU for my phone that's android 4.4.2 or 4.4.3.
