Download issue

The browser on my s3 mini has randomly decided to stop downloading. For example if i save a image it says started download but nothing actually happens.

The fone has been fine, i've noticed no other issues at all.....it was downloading one day then the next just stopped? any ideas?

Any advice appriciated

There's no notification in your tray of a downward pointing arrow? Have you tried looking in your downloads folder using a file manager such as OI? Usually this is located at /sdcard/downloads/

Nope. the images arent there. the arrow doesnt appear. I just get the'started download' message but it doesnt actually start. Ive searched for the pics with astro the other day but theyre jus not here. Its bizarre? No matter how many times I try they jus dont download.

Is there a\nything in the browers settings i could trry? iv cleared the catch with no luck.

Unless you changed a setting somehow this wouldn't be the case. Try using Chrome to see if it does the same thing.

fine with chrome. why the hell has it stopped on the other.... is ther a way to factory reset the stock browser?

Go to settings, apps, all apps tab. Find and select the browser and clear all data.
