Download only via Wi-Fi S7 instead of using my mobile data

So I dont want to waste my mobile data downloading my emails.
I found a website giving steps but one of the options dont show up on my phone.

From a Home screen, navigate: Apps Apps icon > Samsung folder > Email.
Note These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
From an Inbox, tap More (located in the upper-right).
Tap Settings.
Tap the appropriate account.
From the Account settings section, edit any of the following:
Note The available settings may vary depending upon the email account type.
Account name
Your name
Always Cc/Bcc myself
Signature
Show images
Auto download attachments
Download only via Wi-Fi

I DO NOT HAVE THE LAST OPTION - Download only via Wi-Fi

Soooo... what is wrong with my phone? lol .. or is that wrong information and HOW do I set my phone to only download emails when on wifi??

Not sure as to why its not available. But you can set it to sync "manually"....meaning when you open email....just make sure your on wifi when opening email. See link below.

MM 6.0 AT&T:

Settings => Connections => Mobile Networks
Mobile Data => Enable Mobile Data (you want this off)
Data Usage => (find your email client) Restrict background data (off / on)
=> View App settings : Auto Download Messages

SMS are generally sent using mobile data. Who is your carrier?

Hello there
I did the above steps except the last one.
When I go to View App settings : Auto Download Messages the View App Settings is greyed out and not an available option.
