Download Unsuccessful

So, everytime I try to download an app, it always says downloading, downloading paused, then it is unsuccessful. What gives? The new update I just applied didn't do anything either. It sucks!

I've been getting this with updates today, too. Droid I with FRG22D. I'm guessing it's a Market issue today. Updated some apps ealier today and it went fine.
