Downloaded GIFs Automatically Deleted

Everytime I download a gif from the web, within 24 hours, it is gone. I download it properly. I can see and play it just fine. I even move it to the folder I want. But every time, 24 hours later, poof, it's gone!?

Help, why does it keep doing this and how can I make it stop? I have no problem with downloaded photos.

Are you downloading it from a website? Have you tried using a different web browser?

I had a friend download some to see if theirs automatically deleted. We both is Chrome.

We Google it and go to whichever site. Tumbler, and many others.

You may have google or prime photos automatically backing up pics from your device and deleting them from your phone. It's a setting which you can turn off. That would be my guess. Hope that helps.
