downloading apps from market..

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but when i download apps i have to keep my screen awake and remaind in app market or else it wont dled. If i lock screen or go to a different app during download it will cancel dled and say insufficiant space error download app

Maybe try a factory reset? I have not had this issue.

Thats what i was hoping it wouldnt come to... i cleared the cache and data of the market but that didnt help.. im going to hold off until 4.0.3 if that doesnt resolve it then ill have no choice

That's a strange one .... Never had that issue on any device ... Do you have a task killer installed by any chance??

What about a battery optimizer app? Some of them will kill background data to conserve battery.

Is 'background data' disabled ('Settings->DataUsage->Restrict background data' from the settings in 'Data Usage')?
There are also options to restrict background data by clicking on individual apps in the 'Data Usage' screen.
I am not sure if these setting are in affect while downloading using Wi-Fi or if it is only for 3G/4G.
