Downloading error - Baldur's Gate 2

Hi there

I am struggling to download the game called Baldur's Gate which takes about 3gb of space.
I have a tablet with which I managed to download Baldur's Gate 1 without any issues. While finishing first part of the game, I decided to purchase second one. The tablet does have sufficient space to download but every time it get really close to finishing the download, error (-3) appear which prevents it from fully downloading it.

Also, I have recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus on which again I tried to download Baldur's Gate 2 but yet error 974 appeared on my screen. (I might be wrong with that number)

Can someone explain what is happening and how can I fix it? I really don't know if that is related to my account of the error within the game?

Only the people running the game. Unless you're using Play to download it, and give us the exact error number, we can't guess what an error number means - any number can mean anything. It's up to the developer writing the app that's generating the error to decide how to assign error numbers to his app. (About the only "standard" error number is 0 - software is supposed to return 0 if it closes with no error.)
