Please try to enjoy the update before the flaming of the non availability of Jelly Bean, and which will probably ensue in a couple of days anyway. I really think ICS is fantastic though !

They announced Jellybean and my phone doesn't have it yet!!! This is the biggest scandal since New Coke!!! This is the biggest injustice since ET lost to Chariots of Fire!!! Verizon and Moto are in cahoots with Sauron and Palpatine!!!

Finally got ICS. Wish I could say So far, So good... But I can't.
Phone is extra slow and lags pretty bad.
Did a reboot, and no difference.
Going to do a factory reset later on today, reinstall all of my apps one by one, making sure they are all ICS compatible.
I'm hoping that will fix the issue.
As of now, my phone is slower than my old BlackBerry from years ago.

That's a shame! A reset should set you right though, but keep us updated.

I got that HTC LTE app to switch to 3G. I can say ive been messing with ICS for a few hours and its smooth. Only thing I dont like is the screen is pretty dark and have to up brightness quite a bit. Otherwise, I feel it was worth the wait.

I got the download, installed the update and rebooted. Now my phone is stuck at the red diamond. It will not go past this point (40+ minutes). Any ideas? I really don't want to have to do a factory reset.
