I have a Samsung Note 4 cellphone. Is it possible to download all my photos in my galaxy file to my Apple Ipad? If its possible, how is it done?

Install the Google Photos app on your phone and sync the photos. Then install the Google Photo app on the iPad and boom you have your photos.
