Downloading here in NC on a Bolt less than 2 weeks old. It's stock - no root and no leaked MR2.

As soon as it installs it says Data usage widget is available, it is like verizon is getting ready to tell us to track our data usage because tiered data is here

A reboot while installing? Yeah, that's probably bad.
