Dragon Mobile Assistant not saving app choice

I am using Dragon Mobile Assistant on my S3, I said "play <some song>". It brought up a screen showing the various music players, I chose Spotify, and clicked "Always". Yet the next time I speak the same phrase to Dragon, it asks which app I want to use again.

If I say "Play <some song> on Spotify" that works and opens Spotify. Just wondering if there is anything that can be done to save my preference.

Have you tried tech support? They've had a lot of issues with this app. I don't even use it anymore.
 
Do you know something better? It seems to do a good job so far but I've only had it a day. And tech support, for free apps? I figure a forum post is more likely to get response.

Their tech support responded in around a day. Unfortunately they didn't have a clue as to how to fix the issue. LOL...

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app? That is one of their standard responses.
