Even though I still don't know why someone would want the referenced software, I've learned 2 things in reading this thread:

1. We really have moderators who care and don't trip.

2. Asking about an idea at XDA-dev can sometimes be like watching a tumbleweed try to blow through a brush fire.

Here's all the files below. Nandroid what you have, b/c there's a lot of files flashed and overwritten. Got it from the photon boards. Thanks to RockoDev (MOD)beats audio&xloud02/24/12 - xda-developers

Warning: untested in all audio situations. And may not do anything without the Sense player.....so Nandroid back if it borks your sound. Seems to flash ok over cm9 and cm7.

No worky on CM7, borks sound completely.

Edit: Not completely. Audio over headphones works just fine. Phone speaker? Hell no.

Besides, who needs Beats Audio anyway? Just get yourself a good pear of headphones.

The speakerphone speaker works for you? For me it's just static noise.

Just flashed this on Hydro.. Haven't tried headphones yet, but speakerphone sounds good and clear, don't know if it made a difference, or if its just me, but it does seem a lil louder/better... May be wishful thinking.....

Hmm. I will need to look into that. If it works and doesn't cause any issues in HydroROM then I might have to release something tonight

Just saw this over in the main page of xda. Its beats audio on any gingerbread rom. I haven't tried it myself but it seems legit.
