Drivers won't work

I cannot get the drivers to properly load on Windows XP Pro. I have installed and uninstalled them, rebooting in between. Kies won't detect the phone. Now it's installing as a music device, but I still can't see it.

Mainly what I am wanting to do is move my iTunes music over to the SD card. I guess I'll have to try and do it manually.
