Droid - How to push from Corporate Lotus Notes?

Am I correct that I'll have to leave my PC/Laptop running all the time if i have to get mails through Seven or mNotes ?
Because, i use a laptop and can't leave it running in office all the time.
Forwarding to gmail is not very IT policy friendly.

Any other option for Lotus Notes users ?

(*i know we should junk it, but till thats done by our company i have no other option but to use Notes*)

Unless that can be done, I don't think Droid Pro will be a good option for people like me over a BB.
