I should have my phone by 3:00, per the shipping info. Luckily I'm on vacation today but I'm stuck to my house until the Fedex truck comes! I keep looking out the window every 10 minutes. Going CRAZY!

Same....should be here before 3....fedex usually hits my neighborhood between 10-11am and its 938am now lol.....i think i may have taken the fastest shower in the history of the world today as well.

I live by a busy street, behind my house, and the bus traffic and heavy traffic on it fool me into thinking a Fedex truck is out side my house.

Im sitting at work and I know that my phone has already been tried to be delivered at my house. I have to wait til my dinner break to go and get my notice and go pick it up. It better be back to FedEx for me to get at 6!!!!! Then I can come back to work and play with it!

now i dont get how shipping today...est delivery of 7/6...west chester to HBG...ill drive to west chester and pick it up myself its not even an hour and a half drive haha

Pretty simple really. If they choose 2nd day FedEx will make it take 2 days (their delivery estimate for sure will)...but then there is the holiday so one of your two business days is a holiday so it pushes it out to the 6th.

That said I would guess you will get it tomorrow.

Just got off the phone with VZ CSR, asking why I have begun seeing others here getting Fedex tracking numbers who ordered 6/8 and even 6/9, but mine still shows expected ship date of 7/6. Ready for his answer?

Anyone saying they ordered 6/8 or later and received a tracking number is lying and just trying to cause anger and dissention in the ranks.

So. Now we know.

It's not VZ who is the bead guy here, but all you rabble-rousing liars!!

I feel so much better now.

I just got off the phone with a CSR rep and they said they now have a 15 day delay for any orders placed on or after 6/10. They said if your order was placed on the 10th you could expect your order to be shipped on the 29th and to expect it to arive August 1st. OK that was a lie.

Give me my DINC.

Also in my experience VZW has messed up notifications. For example the email I got about shipping was technically suppose to go to my Mom for more then one reason, one being she is the account holder, and two it is her upgrade that we're using to buy me the Inc.

I feel it is also likely that VZW sent tracking numbers but some kind of miss communication went down before it could get to the person whom it was intended for.

I'm a 6/8er and I've been watching some others get email notifications today and I have not yet. I decided to call csr (once again) and vent a little. To my pleasant surprise he told me that my account had just been updated with shipping info. He provided me with a tracking number and sure enough my phone is on it's way. Of course my sales rep screwed me and put in 2 day shipping so I won't be receiving until the 7/6.
Either way I'm thrilled to be close to the finish line and I think I'll drink myself into oblivion all weekend so I don't have to think about my precious new "incredible"

Good Question.
Last time I did this, all I remember doing was putting in my phone number after it asked for it, and it say I ( at the time) didn't have a phone waiting activation. And gave me more choices.

Be to get you there, something like activate new device?

Ok so I have been reading this forum like everyone else driving myself NUTS!!!! At work and thought I would call CSR today and check on my status and low and behold!!!
