I think I got my shipping email from Verizon. I say think, because my Storm 1 died yesterday and I decided to go ahead and get a replacement for $50. I figure a $50 backup smartphone is a good deal. That was through Asurion. They gave me a tracking number (via an email from Asurion) that resolves to UPS, who doesn't have a record of this yet. Probably because I just called like 3 hours ago. I'll check back.
I just got an email from Verizon that says I have a FedEx shipment scheduled for delivery on Monday the 24th (although it seems to be at a FedEx location about 10 miles from my house).
So the best I can tell is that I am getting a replacement Storm 1 (requested an S2 since this is my 5th S1 that has died), and I may also be getting my Incredible.
My Verizon Incredible online tracking doesn't say anything new, it just says to look for an email, which I think I just got. I'll let you know if I determine this to be accurate or a false alarm.
Does anyone know for sure if Asurion uses UPS and Verizon uses FedEx?
