i see orders placed on 5/20 shipped today. i ordered mine on 5/21 so I hope to get a shipping confirmation email this weekend.
No worse I live in the Midwest...
Thanks "mikebear" - I have been waiting 6 weeks for news like thisI ordered on the 20th as well. How did you get a tracking #? When I called - they did not even ask for my Order # they just asked me what day I ordered it - then gave me the same day (6/10) that was on the website the day I called.

I got my tracking # by calling CS. I have an account already and this is an upgrade phone for me, so I checked by calling about ny account.
I live in NY by the way as I know different areas seem to be on different schedules.![]()
Bought mine in store on the 24th. Told it would ship overnight by the 14th... Hoping to see it ship a little early next week but I'm not counting on it since I'm in UT.![]()
this sucks i need to order mine in about 2 weeks then its going to be at least 2-3 more weeks from then
wish i could afford the phone now to at least cut down the wait time
Can you bill it to your account and thus pay for it in 2-4 weeks?
Not sure if this will help anyone, but take it for what you will. I ordered mine in-store on 5/18 and was guaranteed a shipping date by 6/5. Today passed with no shipping notification (they e-mail me my bill so I know they have the correct address), so I went into the VZW store and they looked up my information and informed me that my Incredible had been shipped on the 3rd and will be here on the 7th. The sales rep told me that due to the volume of orders, many people aren't getting e-mailed about shipping. Like I said, take it for what you will; that's just what I was told.
I recently engaged our Verizon global account manager at work (hoping she could pull some strings and help me get my DInc sooner haha) I ordered online on 5/22 and she told me my ship date is 6/11 do to inventory issues(no duh). Haven't received an email conformation yet though, I'm in the midwest (Milwaukee WI)
The excuse of no notifications seems quite iffy. It should be automatic as they scan outgoing packages. Maybe I just assume they have a good shipping system.

I agree completely, but what are ya gonna do lol. Pretty sure they were just blowin' steam...That is a better excuse than "we forgot".
