Droid Incredible Shipping?

It appears the people who ordered on the 11th and 12th are getting there's shipped today. I ordered mine on the 15th so it might ship this Friday the 28, or next week on monday the 31st.

I live in Queens, NY and ordered mine on Mother's Day(gave her my blackberry Tour as a gift hehe) and I got my Incredible today

Apparently they upgraded all shipping to overnight/Saturday, but from following other threads they downgraded some overnight orders to 2nd day. Who knows how they are shipping.

(Standard) overnight shipping was automagically applied to my online order...or maybe it was included with the 10% off "DEALPRO" coupon code. One way or the other, it was applied at the time of the order w/o having to do anything special.

I actually ordered mine on Friday the 14th, but it did not process until Monday the 17th. When I ordered on the 14th, the rep told me the phone will ship 5/28. So, when I called on Monday the 17th to follow up on the order, I was informed the order WAS placed on the 14th, but did not process payment until the 17th, which bumped my ship date from 5/28 to 6/4. It looks like VZW bases ship dates on when payment is processed.

I am sure orders are being processed the same day they are placed.
I think the reason my order took a few days (1 business day) to process is because it had to get approval since I got a VZW TXT saying I can upgrade to the Inc early, I jumped on it ASAP! I wasn't eligible for an upgrade until 8/28. Either way, I don't mind waiting because I wasn't planning on getting my Dinc until 8/28, but VZW surprised me early! (c:

I am in South Carolina and I ordered my phone on 5/11--I haven't gotten any type of shipping notification and when I try to track my order it says they don't have a record of my order. I ordered it in the store. I just called VZW since a lot of 5/11 people have been getting their notifications and he told me to call the store I bought the phone from... and he said something about the release date being pushed back even more... wtf!

no i couldnt figure out what number to do with the in store receipt. i called and they gave me a number which didnt work either, so other then calling customer service i think were in the dark. I just called, and mine has not been shipped yet, so im hoping its shipped before the 28th, or i wont be a happy camper.

Fedex deliveries

I work for Fedex and unfortunately Monday is the only day we can't take out the following day committment packages. It's a long story, but it's a business decision , we run less routes on Mondays and cover larger areas. Our volumes are usually lighter on Mondays.

However I had quite a few standard overnight phone deliveries today so I don't know if customers are requesting that or verizon is trying to satisfy some irate customers. Most of them ship E2 which is our two day service.

Sounds like the order wasn't actually completed. Did you get a receipt?
