My husband ordered a $pendy Brigade and I accepted it from FedEx a couple days later. During that few days, he changed his mind and decided on a different phone, so we took the unopened box back to a Verizon store. The manager there said he had no choice but to charge us the $35 restocking fee, even though the phone had not been activated or the box opened. He had to activate the Brigade anyway, before he could post a credit on our credit card, then he deactivated it and activated the correct phone.I ordered mine on May 20th at the Verizon store. My estimated ship date is June 10th. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice. If I find one at Best Buy before I get mine in, will I be able to take the one that I ordered from Verizon back along with some accessories when it comes in the mail? I already have the receipt and everything. Will I have to pay a restocking fee if it is not open?

ok I'm pissed - VZW charged my credit card on 5/22 when I ordered - but I've yet to receive any confirmation, shipping etc info. So I'm on the hook for the cash, but with no idea when the device will actually be received.
I ordered an incredible for my wife on May 15th around 2:00pm EDT at a store in Rochester, NY. Still no shipment email.
I just called VerizonWireless and was given the tracking number; the phone was shipped out of West Chester, PA on 5/28 and will arrive on 6/2. I never got an email with the tracking information, even though the agent confirmed that my email address was in the system correctly.
what number did you call?because i got 1 i just dont know if its the one i must call for tracking info
