Droid Maxx error on My Verizon Mobile app

AC Question

When I try to access the "My Verizon Mobile" app., I get the error - "There was a problem with your connection. Please check your network connection or connect through Wi-Fi." Worked a couple of weeks ago but not now.
 
Welcome to Android Central! Do you get that message on both mobile data and wi-fi? Have you tried going to Settings>Apps>All, selecting My Verizon, and Clear Cache/Data?
