DROID MAXX won't connect to WiFi, tried factory rest, still doesn't work

My DROID MAXX hasn't been able to connect to a wireless network for almost a month now. At first I though it was my home's WiFi having issues but I soon discovered that my phone wont connect to any of my saved networks. I've tried forgetting all my saved networks and I've reset my phone twice but the issue persists.

I think the answer will very probably be Yes, but have you tried multiple soft resets?
