We won't know that until it's finally released. Jelly Bean maybe? Also it looks like it has a minimal skin like the Atrix HD. That reason alone makes it better then Sense or Touchwiz on the 2 companies you mentioned.

To each his own I guess... but I think MOTO's build quality is top notch and their phones just sit perfectly in my hands. I find HTC to be the least comfortable....
While I agree wholeheartedly that Motorola's build quality is the gold standard in mobile devices, that's sadly not enough to really persuade people out of buying a Samsung Galaxy S III nor the new iPhone. Neither is its battery, while bigger, will only give maybe an hour or two longer in battery life. A battery that would last a whole five, six, especially ten hours more than the GSIII would have made this a smash hit with critics and consumers alike.
