Droid RAZR MAXX HD - Awake while in airplane mode

I go to work where I can't take my phone, and I would rather put it on airplane mode instead of turning it off then on, but the problem is while on airplane mode it stays awake, I use Tasker so if there are any ideas, in listening. Here is what I'm talking about:
