I have the razr maxx and I tried everything but my phone was laggy and crappy. Finally I emailed the president of the west coast Greg Haller and his office called me back. They next day aired a Galaxy Note 2 as a replacement. Get it tomorrow. Guess if my razr maxx wont work this is the next best thing. Cheers![]()

I would suggest being very professional in your email and stick to the Area Presidents. I expressed concerns about a phone call I made to support with no resolution, the fact that the release notes were not emailed to me nor was I informed that programs on the phone would be changed when I was sent the option to update, and told them my issues with the new update even after multiple factory resets and and cache clearing. :-$
How long did it take for Verizon to respond to your request?
