Droid Turbo 2 camera - "Best shot feature"

Anybody know about this camera/gallery feature and how to get it to work?

After my first couple photos I took with the phone, I went to the gallery and was prompted to select 1 of 2 photos that were similar, as it claimed to be selecting the better of the 2.

I accidentally swiped it away and kept both, and now I've been trying to see if it will happen again when I take similar photos, but it won't work.

Anybody?

According to what I read, "take a flurry of photos in burst mode and the phone will offer it's opinion of the best shot of the bunch."

Yeah that's what I have been trying to no avail.
