I ended up ordering. I'll take the unopened Fedex box to the store from my original stock all white one and see if they'll let me return it without a fee since its clearly still new and unopened. If not, I've wasted $35 on worse things.

Black leather, champagne otherwise. No greeting or inscription, in case I want to resell. Plan on pulling off the top layer and replacing with tempered glass as soon as the screen protector arrives (just ordered from Amazon).

WTH? I ordered mine 10/31 and its still listed as being built... Congrats on yours. I guess the shipping process is going to be super fast since I still have a ETA of 11/11.

Yes it does.

Easily fixed by replacing the top layer of the moto shatter shield with a replacement from Motorola. The ones they are selling don't have the checkmark.

Just a FYI, if you do a factory data reset, you lose the personalized message when the phone boots. I don't see anything in the settings to get it back. Ask me how I know....
