Droid Turbo: Camera Flash Won't Turn Off

Hi everyone,

Tried searching but came up empty. Every time I go into the camera app, it turns on the flash LED's as if I turned on a flashlight app. No matter what setting, it stays on. Anyone else run into this issue or do I have to get a replacement phone? Just got the phone today and loving it so far except this issue.

Thanks for the response! Yes I am sure. It even happens when opening the Instagram camera. May just try to get a replacement at VZW.

Sorry I couldn't be any help. I've never seen the flash always on unless I'm on video. Hopefully they'll just swap it out for you.

Try this. I have a Droid Turbo as well. Just took a picture after following the instructions and no flash!!!

Open the camera, swipe right and choose the finger to open the flash options.
