I wonder if Turbo is gonna have 64GB storage? Since Joe the Insider mentioned "64bit," which wouldn't make sense with this being the same chipset as Note 4, I wonder if he meant 64GB?

This. It refers to the size of the bus between to the memory and CPU (in way not technical terms). It is a feature of the SD 805 chipset.

Awesome! and Bummer! all at the same time. Ps. Does 64bit memory access help with the video rendering on QHD? Wondering what benefits it adds to performance?
