Droid Turbo, no push notifications, background data enabled

Hello all,

First, thanks for reading and any advice you may be able to offer.

Recently went on an overseas trip and got a data/minutes plan. Everything worked great. When I got back to the US a few days ago, I re-enabled background data and my phone now does not receive push notifications when using mobile data, just over wifi.

I have tried checking and unchecking the box and nothing. I have even gone through each of my apps to make sure that the "restrict background data" is off and it is.

Other than doing a factory reset, I'm not sure what to do. Any other suggestions?

Contact your service provider and make sure you have correct APN settings.
