So I am well aware that overall the Turbo has a better battery. However which camera is actually better between the two? Also how is the Note 4 battery life? Thanks!

As far as battery, since the battery in the Turbo isn't user-replaceable, and fast charging tends to cut the battery life short, I'd stop at that point and eliminate it as a choice. (Unless you like paying to have the battery replaced often.)

As far as cameras, a good photographer can take better pictures with a 3MP camera in a 5 year old phone than a bad photographer can take using a $4,000 Hasselblad. Any camera in any phone on the market today is capable of taking great pictures - if the person taking them knows how to take pictures. (Search dorothea lange and look at some of her pictures. What she took them with isn't what made them so great.)

^^ The Note 4 also has fast charging, so... shall we eliminate it also? You don't *have to* use the fast or turbo charging every single time. Most people will have chargers from older phones lying around. And you can also use Qi chargers with the Turbo, and then there's charging via usb. If you charge your phone overnight, there's no reason you have to use a fast charger. But it's nice to have it available if you need a quick charge.

To OP, the Note 4's battery is one of the biggest, and Samsung did a good job with battery saving features, so the practical result is that it isn't too far behind the Droid Turbo.

Camera-wise, the general consensus is that the Note 4 has a much better camera, though the Droid Turbo's camera is not poor as some people like to label it. The main problems are that it's missing image stabilization and its low light performance doesn't compare to other top smartphone cameras.
