Droid Ultra Screen froze and won't turn back on

Today my Screen on my Droid Ultra froze and went to sleep. Tried doing a soft reset and reboot into safe mode to no avail. Battery was fully charged at the time of the Incedent.
I am very fusterated... HELP!!

Hi, did this happen while you were on a phone call? If so it's the proximity sensor. Just turn it off in either the phone app or phone settings/calls.

Also choose "power button ends call".
