Droid X for Sprint?

I was just given a Verizon Droix X, but we have Sprint. Does anyone know if it's possible in any way to modify, unlock, etc. the phone for use with Sprint? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

Sprint's network is closed and allows only ESNs they authorize. Even if you were able to flash a compatible ROM you would not get it on their network.
If it were me and I wanted to use Sprint I would sell the X and put the proceeds towards the Photon.
If you know someone that can flash it to Cricket or MetroPCS you may make a few more bucks on it.
