Droid X I need help

My droid x will not boot up at all can anyone help me,All i get is a {m} for motorola and nothing else when i restart. Please email me need seriouse help. [email address removed per forum rules]

Have you tried booting it without the battery and just the charger plugged in.

Do you know if the battery is charged or not.

Have you tried contacting Verizon.

Try a factory reset.
With the phone off press and hold Home and Power until the exclamation android shows up.
Press Search. Use vol up/down to navigate to factory reset. Press the camera button to execute and confirm. When done navigate to reboot, camera button.

If you don't make it this far, try again using Camera, Vol down, Power and do sbf recovery.
